Cancellation Policy
At Andomeeno, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so that our customers receive their fragrances without unnecessary delays. Because of this fast processing system, order cancellations are only possible within a limited time.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed with Andomeeno can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order with your order details.
Once your request is received, our team will verify the order status. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will successfully cancel the order and initiate a full refund.
Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the order will continue to be delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to check eligibility for replacement or refund.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For orders that are successfully cancelled before shipment:
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In rare circumstances, Andomeeno reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment authorization issues
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
If an order is cancelled from our side, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed immediately.
