- The courier company is responsible for transportation and final delivery.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, wherever tracking is available.

4. Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, operational issues or unforeseen circumstances. Courier-related delays are outside our direct control, but we will assist you with tracking and delivery enquiries.
